Email automation_□×

The emails that keep earning while you are busy.

Flows are a small share of what a shop sends and a large share of what email earns. Built once, tested properly, then left running in your own platform.

What automation is

_□×

An email that sends itself when someone does something: joins the list, leaves a cart, buys for the first time, goes quiet for four months. The logic decides who gets what and when, so nobody has to remember.

A welcome series is usually the highest-earning hour of work available to a small shop. It catches new interest while the interest is still there.

The flows, in build order

_□×

Full detail on each one, including timing, copy guidance and the mistakes that cost the most, sits on the flows hub. Build order matters more than build count, and how many get built depends on the plan you pick.

How it works

_□×

I map the journeys worth automating for your shop, write the emails, build the flows in your platform, then test the logic properly before anything goes live. Wrong branch, wrong email, wrong customer is the failure mode, and it is always a testing problem.

Once live, the flows get checked against the numbers monthly and tightened where people drop out. Reporting covers that.

Campaigns and templates

_□×

Flows do not replace the manual sends. Single sends handle news, launches and anything with a date on it. Email templates are the reusable shell all of it gets built into, so a flow email and a campaign email look like the same shop sent them.

Who this is for

_□×

Shops that sell online, take repeat enquiries, collect subscribers or want better follow-up without adding admin. If you have a list and no flows, this is the first thing to fix.

The free audit lists your flow gaps in build order, highest earning first. Five working days.

Questions people ask

_□×

Which flow should I build first?

Abandoned cart or welcome, almost always. Which one depends on whether you have more traffic or more signups. The flows hub works through the order.

Can you build in my current platform?

Usually yes. Twelve platforms are listed on platforms. If your setup genuinely caps what the flow needs to do, I will say so rather than sell you a migration.

Will automated emails sound robotic?

Not if they are written rather than templated. They are written in your voice, from the same brief as your campaigns.

Do flows replace campaigns?

No. Flows handle behaviour, campaigns handle news. A list that only ever hears from automation slowly forgets there is a person behind it.
