Newsletter management_□×

A newsletter people make time to open.

The regular send that keeps a list warm between launches and sales. Planned, written, designed, scheduled and reviewed, on a rhythm you can actually keep.

What a newsletter is for

_□×

It keeps your shop in mind during the months when there is nothing to launch. Useful updates, product picks, customer questions answered, a note about something that changed, the occasional offer.

A newsletter is not news. It is a recurring reason for someone to remember you and come back when they are ready to buy.

How it works

_□×

Each month you and I agree what is worth covering, I collect what I need from you, and it comes back as a finished email for review. Edits, schedule, send, then a short note on what people actually engaged with.

The whole thing normally costs you one short email and one approval a month.

Who this is for

_□×

Shops with useful things to say and no reliable way of getting those things out of their head and into an inbox. If the last newsletter went out eight months ago, this is the service.

Questions people ask

_□×

How often should I send?

Monthly is a sensible baseline for most small shops. Some lists happily take fortnightly. Volume without value is now actively punished by the inbox, which is covered in what changed in the inbox.

What if I have no news this month?

Then it is built from advice, seasonal relevance, customer questions, product education or a useful reminder. Nobody needs to hear about your quiet month.

Can newsletters include offers?

Yes, and they work better when they are the smaller part of something genuinely useful.

Do you source images?

Yours are usually best for product-led sends. If there is nothing usable, I plan around that or work from existing marketing material.
